The Green Living Guide – Vegan Milkshake Alternatives 🌱

Hey there Teacups! How are you liking The Green Living Guide so far? I hope you’re enjoying reading these posts as much as I enjoy writing them.

For this weeks Green Living Guide I’m going to share some super tasty homemade vegan milkshake alternatives with you.

🍡 For both of these recipes I used Tisanes made by the lovely team over at – Leaves Of The World 🍡

Healthy Banana – ‘Milkshake’

Ingredients

– 1 Tbs of Pumpkins Go Bananas Tisane – ( By Leaves Of The World)

– Water ( I would go for bottled or filtered for the best result in flavour)

– Almond Milk – ( Alpro is my go to milk substitute brand)

– A pinch of nutmeg (optional)

——

How to :-

– Place your Tisane in your bottle and fill with cold water

– Place in your fridge and cold brew overnight.

– Once you remove it from the fridge, top up with almond milk and add the nutmeg.

– Add ice and serve chilled.

As you’ll all know by now I love Pumpkins Go Bananas, Longtime readers will know that it’s my number one tisanes. So I thought why not use it not only as a super tasty brew, but use it as the base for a healthy vegan alternative to banana milkshake.

It’s caffeine free and contains all natural and organic ingredients. So it can be drank at any time of the day and is perfect for your little ones.

These homemade healthy vegan milkshake alternatives, really are as simple as they seem. Don’t be fooled just because they are simple doesn’t mean they aren’t delicious.

I absolutely swear by these delicious alternatives. They allow me to enjoy the great tastes of a normal milkshake but without the crazy sugar levels and the artificial colourings. Not only that but they are completely organic and 100% cruelty free.

I hope you all enjoy trying these out for yourself. If you do be sure to tag me in your posts, I’d love to see them!

As always if you have any questions at all be sure to put them in the comments, and I’ll answer them as soon as I can.

Speak to you all again soon, Have an amazing weekend – Kimberley πŸ’–πŸŒ±

I have recently made the switch to 100% vegetarianism, mainly for ethical reasons, and I really want to try going vegan for at least a couple of days each week, so to have recipes like this is so handy! I’ll be bookmarking this page and coming back to it for sure!
