Hey There Teacups! I’m Kimberley, I’m the tea nerd/enthusiast behind Tea Is A Wish Your Heart Makes. This blog is dedicated to everything tea and my main aim with it is to try and cover every single aspect of the tea world. While I love lots of different teas from all over the world, personally I adore Japanese teas the most so you’ll definitely see a lot of Japanese teas featured on this blog among others.
My other passions and hobbies outside of my blog and tea include: Photography which I have a BA Hons degree in, vintage fashion (Specifically 1950’s & Rockabilly), Disney, art, music, baking and cooking. I suffer with Chronic Migraine so sadly I’m not always able to do many of the things I’ve mentioned as much as I would like to but that doesn’t stop me from wanting to devote as much time to all of these things I can manage, along side my blog.
About – Tea Is A Wish Your Heart Makes
Tea Is A Wish Your Heart Makes started in 2015 (I wish it had have been sooner). I started this blog because I wanted a creative outlet that I could use to channel my love for tea and help me learn more about it. I also knew I wasn’t alone in my love of tea and I thought that starting a blog all about it would be a great way to get to connect with fellow tea lovers, and to further develop my knowledge of everything the tea world has to offer.
It’s safe to say that it helped me to do everything I set out to do when I first started. I’ve been doing this for a while now but I don’t think I’d ever get tired of being able to write so much about one of my biggest passions. My blog has enabled me not only to get to know fellow tea lovers & bloggers, but it’s also helped to work with some of my all time favourite tea companies and I don’t think that I’ll ever be able to put into words how thankful I am for all of it. Even after all the years since I started my blog I am still learning and I love that tea really is ever learning and I’m constantly able to build my knowledge. Which in turn enables me to wrote much more in depth and informative posts to help others learn about tea.
